Daufuskie Mojito

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Daufuskie Island Rum Silver Edition
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Sprig of mint for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place mint leaves into a tall glass and squeeze in lime juice.
  2. Add powdered sugar, then gently muddle the mint into the lime juice and sugar.
  3. Add ice (preferably crushed), pour in the rum, and stir.
  4. Top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
