Pineapple Upside Down Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Daufuskie Island Vanilla Rum
  • 2 oz Fresh pineapple juice
  • Maraschino cherry
  • Juice from maraschino cherry
  • Pineapple wedge for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Vanilla Rum and fresh pineapple juice in a shaker with ice and shake to chill.
  2. Add a maraschino cherry and some juice to the bottom of a martini glass.
  3. Pour the chilled mixture into the martini glass over the cherry and juice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
