2 oz Daufuskie Island Dark Rum

0.75 oz fresh lime juice

0.5 oz demerara syrup

3 oz ginger beer

Lime wheel for garnish

Mint sprig for garnish

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add dark rum, lime juice and demerara syrup. Stir briefly to combine. Top with ginger beer and give one gentle stir. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh mint sprig.
